Central Minnesota Heating and Cooling started in 2009 when two NATE-certified techs got tired of giving customers vague "we'll see when we get there" quotes. We built the company around three rules: written quotes before any work, flat-rate pricing with no overtime fees, and a real human dispatcher on the phone Mon–Sun · 7am–9pm.

Today we run a fleet of HVAC service trucks across the Twin Cities, Central Minnesota, and Western Wisconsin. Every member of our crew is a full-time, in-house technician — we don't subcontract installs or service. That means the same trained team you talked to on the phone is the team standing in your basement looking at your furnace.

Cold-climate heat pumps and high-efficiency furnaces are our specialty. We've installed more than 600 Trane, Carrier, Lennox, and Mitsubishi systems across MN and WI, and every install includes a proper Manual J load calculation, code-perfect venting, and a 2-year labor warranty on top of the manufacturer's 10-year parts coverage. We also handle Xcel Energy and CenterPoint rebate paperwork as part of qualifying installs, so the savings actually land in your account.

We're EPA 608 certified for refrigerant handling, NATE-certified for HVAC, and licensed in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. The result: HVAC work that meets code the first time and a comfortable home through every Minnesota season.
