Yes. We schedule a converted house as a single visit and service each furnace separately, including the flue connections where two appliances share a chimney. Let us know if tenants need notice or if units are behind locked doors. Written findings for each furnace make it easier to plan replacements across the building instead of waiting for one to quit in January.

We size the boiler to the house's current heat loss and the radiation it has, flush the system as needed, and replace worn valves and vents. A modulating condensing boiler suits hot-water radiators; steam systems need a steam boiler.

Heat rises through the house and the roof bakes that top floor, and ducts rarely reach it. A ductless head sized for the space cools it on its own and adds heat in spring and fall. Air sealing and insulating the knee walls and roof slopes first cuts the load, so a smaller unit does the job. Window units work, but they block light and are noisy in small rooms.
