Capacitors, contactors, condenser fan motors, TXV valves, refrigerant leaks — every common AC failure gets diagnosed and quoted in one visit. Trucks carry R-410A and R-454B refrigerant, universal capacitors, and the most common OEM parts for Trane, Carrier, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, and York.

We size the condenser to the actual cooling load (Manual J) and match the indoor coil (Manual S). Oversized AC short-cycles and never dehumidifies — we don't guess.
Permit is pulled. We plan the line-set route from the new condenser pad to the air handler with the fewest bends and no traps.
Refrigerant is recovered to EPA spec, the old condenser is uncoupled, and the indoor coil is pulled from the plenum.
New evaporator coil is set into the plenum and sealed. Copper line-set is brazed under nitrogen purge to keep oxides out of the system.
New condenser sits on a level composite pad with 18" of service clearance, properly secured against frost-heave shifting.
System is pulled to 500 microns with a vacuum pump, decay-tested for tightness, then weighed in with refrigerant per the manufacturer's line-set table.
We verify charge by superheat (TXV) or subcooling, log static pressure, and confirm temperature split across the coil.
