No. We work within about 50 miles of Minneapolis and Saint Paul, which reaches Monticello, Big Lake and Annandale to the northwest but stops short of St. Cloud, Brainerd, Alexandria, Hutchinson and Litchfield. If you're unsure about your address, call 612-429-3465 and we'll tell you straight away.

We're open seven days a week, 7am to 9pm, weekends included. No-heat calls get priority on the schedule, since a Minnesota house loses heat fast on a below-zero night. If you smell gas or your carbon monoxide alarm goes off, get everyone outside and call 911 or your gas utility first, then call us at 612-429-3465.

It depends on the day and the season. The first sub-zero week in January or the first run of 90-degree days in June fills the schedule fast. No-heat calls get priority, and when you call 612-429-3465 we'll give you the earliest time we have open. Calling earlier in the day gives you the best chance at an earlier visit.

We serve Minneapolis and Saint Paul plus about 50 miles around: the Twin Cities metro, Lake Minnetonka and the west metro, the Crow River and Carver County towns, the I-94 and Highway 10 towns out to Monticello and Becker, southern river towns like Northfield, Le Sueur and Red Wing, and Western Wisconsin around Hudson, River Falls and Prescott. Your town, the type of equipment (furnace, boiler, air conditioner, heat pump or mini-split) and what it's doing. If you can, read the brand and model number off the label inside the furnace door or on the outdoor unit, and note any blinking light code on the control board. A rough age helps too. That lets the technician bring the most likely parts on the first trip.
