Sarah leads ductless mini-split and high-efficiency installations. She is a factory-trained Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Elite installer and has commissioned more than 600 ductless systems across Minnesota and Western Wisconsin homes.

David specializes in cold-climate heat pumps and helps homeowners navigate the federal Inflation Reduction Act tax credits along with Xcel Energy, CenterPoint Energy, and Minnesota Conservation Improvement Program rebates. He has personally processed more than $1.4M in customer rebate paperwork.

Rachel runs in-home comfort consultations, sizes equipment using ACCA Manual J load calculations, and writes the maintenance plans that keep our customers' systems running through every Minnesota winter.
